Business Internship Opportunities with Enterprise International
Enterprise International is a Division of a Missions Sending Agency called CRM Empowering Leaders, that is present in over 35 countries around the world. Our goal is to start and run sustainable businesses alongside the ministry teams as alternative means of funding ministry.
Description of Internship: Enterprise International (EI) is offering two 6-week business internship opportunities to accepted interns:
Southern California Track: The Southern California track will give students the broadest exposure to what Enterprise International is doing around the world. Work on projects at a global level and also put your hands to work on projects that are in development.
South Africa (World Cup) Track: Designed for students who want a broad and detailed exposure to doing business internationally. Businesses in South Africa include a guest house which will be open for business during the world cup, an automobile rebuild business, and an auto parts import business.
As CRM is a non-profit organization, accepted interns would be required to raise financial support to cover internship expenses (i.e. overseas travel) and any salary paid to the intern. Interns would be coached and mentored by the EI leadership team through the fundraising process.
Salary Information: Unpaid Internship. However, a one-time stipend is possible. This business internship is with a missions sending organization, therefore interns raise support to pay their salary. Please contact us for more information. All donations are tax-deductible.
Approximate Dates: June 1, 2010 – July 15, 2010
