Business as Mission Network:: News and Resources to Turn Good Business into Great MinistryNews, Resources, and Tools to Turn Good Business into Great Ministry

On Kingdom Business by Ken Eldred and Tetsunao Yamamori

Over the past few weeks we've skimmed through some of the stories about Business as Mission companies that are making theories a reality. When I first started to explore the idea of business as mission, there was one book that stood above the rest in it's ability to offer living and breathing examples of business as mission. That book was On Kingdom Business: Transforming Missions Through Entrepreneurial Strategies.

I know I may have referenced this book more than a few times, but I may not have stopped to tell you how important it was in my journey. I highly encourage you to check it out for yourself. Inside you will find the stories of companies like Galtronics, EC Group and a few others that we're included in this years countdown. For more information or to purchase through Amazon, click here.

Anything written by Ed Silvoso is amazing as well. I actually did a one year business as a mission course at a the International House of Prayer in Kansas City. It has changed the way I view everything.

Thanks for sharing Misty! Yes, Ed has written some good books and I would highly recommend it as well.

By the way do you mind sharing a little more about the IHOP class on Business as a mission? Is that a regular track or degree?
