Most Admired Kingdom Company #21: Prince of Peace Enterprises :: USA

Prince of Peace Enterprises provides a friendly bridge between manufacturers and consumers. They are well rounded, with divisions specializing in the areas of Natural Health, Ethnic Asian Marketplace and Overseas Export markets.

With over 3,000 wholesale accounts, and gross yearly sales of over 20 million dollars, they are one of the leading companies in a very niche market.

The team at Prince of Peace is led by Kenneth Yeung. Through his choice of the company name and his personal story one can tell that the philosophy is built upon the ideas of Business as Mission.

In 1994 Ken began to fulfill a long awaited vision in the field of social work. Concurrently with his own adoption experience, he began to take steps to further work in helping needy children. In July 2003, A long awaited dream was fulfilled with the Prince of Peace House in Tianjin, China.

According to the team at Prince of the Peace the house will be "the first orphanage and rehabilitation center of its type: for the first time in history, the Chinese Government is allowing a United States organization to build, staff and manage an orphanage in China. In addition to the blessing of the Chinese government, World Vision International (a prominent children's relief agency) has partnered with Prince of Peace in this endeavor. The first phase of the project will house up to 120 handicapped orphans. The second phase will be running a foster care program for several hundred abandoned children."

Prince of Peace has also used a portion of its profits to give back to other projects. These have included repairing flood damaged areas in China, sending relief funds to China, Somalia and other African countries suffering from drought and famine.
