The real estate project is focused on serving a niche market within Albania . They have purchased 38,000 square meters of land on a hill south of Tirana (Fark 'county') and secured permission for building 55 large, high-quality single family homes ('villas') within a secured residential community. They also have purchase another 100,000 m2 for 6 future projects.
